This place is really lovely. As lovely is the owner who did help us with lot of advices about our journey. Good breakfast (you can choose between so many cereals) with also the chance to have something cooked for you (English Bfast, eggs, bacon ). We stayed in the blue room and we didn't have any problem. Highly recommended!
Lovely weekend stay.

Lovely Guest house managed by Tamsin and her team. Nothing was too much trouble. Big hearty well cooked breakfast and lots more if wanted. Nice bedroom clean and comfortable. Town about 5 mins walk away and close to all amenities. Only downside was carparking - we had to leave car overnight at the Leisure centre nearby costing 7 pounds/24 hours which also although not far to walk for some - was quite a walk for me being disabled. Bedroom was on 2nd floor but had 4 flights of stairs which again is not disabled friendly but never the less it was a lovely stay there
nice friendly place

My daughter and I stayed at the "Beaches" in mid June, Tamsin the owner was very hospitable and charming...the amenities were great as indeed was breakfast ..in a very handy position for everything. The parking was no problem as we were given a zone parking ticket and dispite the busyness of a rock and roll weekend we were able to always get a place.a most enjoyable stay.
