We stayed at the Beach Walker Inn over the Veteran's Day weekend. The price was very affordable compared to the other properties in the city of Cayucos. The rooms remind me of the vintage beach motels. We stayed in the family suite which included a kitchenette.
Very comfortable bed and the bathrooms were clean with great water pressure. Your stay includes breakfast which is mostly breads and grains. Waffle maker is a plus. Yogurt, fruit cups, juice and milk are also available. Parking can be a problem. Friendly owners and cleaning staff made for a pleasant stay. This would be a great place for families. We will come back

We booked a family suite in hopes of staying for my boyfriends birthday weekend, but I couldn't bare the idea of staying another night. The room was DIRTY!!! There was human hair on the bed, towels, and bathroom floor. The wall closes to the garbage still had food residue from previous guests. There was patch work done that hadn't been attended to for who knows how long because the plaster was crumbling. What was pointed out was only visible to our eyes since the lighting was terrible. One florecent lighting in the bathroom area didn't work but the rusty lamps worked well but the rooms was still dark and gloomy. The walls were paper thin, I heard my neighbors ALL night long!
Our concerns were addressed but disregarded... no customer services! Giving a 1 star is giving them more credit than what they deserve, I don't recommend this place at all!!!

Reasonably priced, clean room, comfy bed, great water pressure, and the towels smelled like lemons!! Hated the color scheme of the room but it was quiet and nice. We enjoyed our visit a lot. Although trip advisor sucks because I said what I wanted to say and now it's telling me I need to say more

We have been up and down the Central Coast and first time in this cute, quite town. For mid October, the B&B is priced too high, $300+. The Beach Walker Inn is affordable under $100. Clean, nice size room, quite, pet friendly. Easy walking to the beach, and local restaurant. Great place to save, and splurged on a SPA treatment down the street.

Week days are the key to rest n relaxation in Cayucos, Ca. - especially in September. Kids back in school, no lines, beautiful weather, what else do u need. Hotel has kitchenette that keeps us coming back, older but clean. Great for leftovers n simple meals. Mattresses could be updated but that is only negative I saw.
