I stayed here twice, in October and November of 2017. Clean, sophisticated rooms. Efficient staff. Very close to the Ernakulum South railway station. Ample parking space. Will recommend.
Two fronts need improvement.
1. The AC temperature can not be controlled effectively, although there is provision to control the same. Even if one turns off the AC, it remains cold. Uncomfortable for children and aged.
2. Options for food in buffet dinner to be increased.
Food is okay, but costly. Felt it over rated.
Overall impression is good. Will visit again.

I stayed in this property alongwith my family in June 2017. The property is close to Ernakulam railway station, a little away from centre of Kochi. Barring that rest everything is outstanding in this hotel. The room was extra large for a family of three. There was so much of storage space that the entire baggage gets concealed and the beauty of the room remains intact. The food was mouth watering and staff extremely courteous. They even allowed us an early check-in (3 hours before schedule). The room including the bathroom fixtures were brand new and stylish. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Very Good hotel in city center and right infront of Erunakulam railway station. If you are coming to Cochin via train you can even just walk out from platform to the hotel.
Good and clean water in swimming pool with good view. Breakfast was elaborate with good selection and

The hotel is very nice all the Amenities and Swimming pool on Roof Top is Awesome. Located just next to Ernakulam Station. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are also very nice.
Just a suggestion in double sharing room they should provide two towels instead of one. and Dental kit was also just one.

My brother's engagement ceremony was held here. The entire banquet team worked so well to get the event well organised. Thankyou Mr. Robin, Mr. Shamshad & Mr. Bigesh for making the event a smooth, well organised and hasslefree one. The food was so good that every single guest complimented for it. Specially to mention, Malabar fish curry, chicken and cilantro soup was just wow!! Hey chefs out there.. you guys rock!! Over all you were awesome.!!!
