we saw this place on booking and it looks nice, so we booked it. We had a hard time finding it, cause it's right in front of station and very busy road, with no free parking. You have to park in my case in the stations underground parking ahead. The showerdoor is missing 1 door of 2. My friend his room stinks from his shower drain. And worst, the whole night every hour, garbagetrucks under us in the streets picking up garbage, glass, we didn't sleep 1 hour straight here. Not a fine place to sleep or to stay. For us, never again...

We spend one night here, positive impression
- good price compared with the other location
- clean (we had tulipano room)
- we arrived ad midnight and no problem to access the B&B
- good location
- friendly staff
Couple of CON
- WiFi bit slow
- bit noisy but acceptable
- funny arrangements of the interiors

We made our reservation through Booking.com and advised we would arrive after their 1800 latest check-in time which they accepted - having located the entrance opposite the station (not the best area of Brescia too be honest) there was no answer to the call bell or via both telephone numbers shown outside. Finally after a call to Booking.com we found that we needed to collect keys from the Hotel Cristallo about 150m from the B&B - would have been good to know that earlier given the area around the entrance not being very pleasant.
Once inside, the room was very large, clean and one of the better ones we have stayed in although it is just rooms within an apartment not a traditional B&B.
Breakfast was OK but nothing special (cold cuts, bred and croissants) served with tea/coffee (espresso, cappucino etc)
A few simple customer service elements could go along way and make this place much better although the number of undesirables hanging around the station area is outside the control of the B&B it is not the best advert for the accommodation or Brescia.

AVOID THIS PLACE WHATEVER HAPPENS.
First it is located in an unsecure area.
Second it is not exactly a B&B it is a condominium unit that has a phone service that leads to a cellphone - to a person who practically speaks no english.
When we arrived there was nobody to let us in the apartment. We tried communicating unsuccessfully via phone with the operator of this joint but still no solution.
Weeks after I see an overnight charge on my credit card.
What a bunch of crooks!!!!

Great little B&B though difficult to find at first
Very clean and great value would definitely recommend it's about a 15minute walk from the centre
And the museums
Great value for money would definitely go back
