Lovely location, lovely bed and breakfast and lovely people. We thoroughly enjoyed our couple of days in Sussex and would definitely recommend this B&B to our friends. Every little thing was carefully thought of and Carol and Ceri were excellent hosts. Carol, there is no such thing as too many cushions! Kate and Ann

Stayed for just one night. We received a warm welcome from Carol and Ceri. Their home is furnished to a very high standard and our bedroom (the Saphhire room) was beautiful. They have 3 double rooms, 2 with private bathrooms and one with an ensuite so be careful that you choose a room appropriate for your needs. The breakfast was really first class with an amazing selection of cereals fruit and a good number of cooked dishes. A very nice stay indeed.
The house is on the main A22. We had a front room and am pleased to say that the double glazing works very well and our room was not in the least noisy

Rooms very comfortable, hosts delightful and very helpful recommending and booking local pub for dinner. Delicious breakfasts with very wide choice - one of the the best b&bs we have stayed in. Would highly recommend

We stayed for one night, needing a bed nearby a friend's 50th birthday party in Lewes. Lucky to get a fairly late booking. A lovely welcome from Carol and Ceri. A lovely large room, with en-suite shower and bath. All beautifully furnished and equipped. Peaceful night's sleep and a great breakfast in the conservatory overlooking the well kept garden. Wished we could have stayed longer.

We stayed at Beechwood bed and breakfast for the first time and we weren't disappointed. It certainly has the 5 star treatment and service. We had an amazing breakfast each morning with lots of choice but you do need to decide the night before what you will be eating, but it's served in their lovely conservatory.
We would definitely return again and would recommend this B&B.
