My friends and I attended a ladies-only motorcycle rally ("Babe Raid"). I had booked (months in advance) the large family room for 7 in my party however when we arrived they had given our room away and we had been given a smaller room which only slept 5. We therefore had to split the group up and two of our ladies had to find other rooms with strangers that had spare beds. I understand from several other people that attended the same event that they were also given the wrong rooms so obviously a case of mismanagement. Nevertheless, we were given a discount and a free breakfast, altho we were not told about the free breakfast until we were almost ready to leave so most of us missed out on that. Despite all that, the motel itself is clean, spacious and comfortable, the grounds are lovely and it's quiet and close to all amenities. I would recommend it and would definitely stay again.

Very pleasant motel on edge of town, so nice and quiet even on a full night. Colourful gardens and lounge chairs, rooms lool out on garden, and good sized. Straightforward breakfast (hot and cold) and Lazy Moe next door does lunch, dinner and room service.

Friendly staff, well located and good facilities at an affordable price. We have 4 children and the room we stayed in had more than enough beds and was very comfortable for the room rate. The buffet breakfast is also well priced and of good quality.

All staff were friendly and helpful. The Restaurant is clean and bright and offered full cooked buffet breakfasts. The rooms are very quiet, comfortable and away from the street. Large bathroom and comfortable queen bed.

We stayed here for two nights with a 2.5yo and a 5yo. The rooms were huge which was great for the kids and us to have some space. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The heated pool was a massive hit, myself and the 5yo stayed for another hour and a half after we checked out so the wife could go shopping. We will defiantly look at staying here next time we are in Ballarat.
