Cousy , profesional service actually they have to give them the 5stars for their service and kindness.
The room is clear and good for a family who like to travel ..
Food is great typical Lebanese kitchen
A side sea view and calm environment
The staff is always ready to serve with a smile .
I have a 6 days trip 2 days has finished and I have this great impression.
I really thank the management of this hotel for the effort to keep this level that impress the guest from the first moment they enter from the door ..

I stayed 14 days, it was a terrible experience. The room didn't match with the reservation for the first 2 nights, the reception staff are not cooperative, they refused many times to give invoices and they added extra charges and play with the total cost. After reviewing the charges details, they were refunding an amount and adding less than real payments for the room service. Finally, I've taken the extra charge back. I bought a mobile Sim card from the hotel as a service, it was opened and the number of the Sim doesn't match the main card numbers and expired on the same date of purchasing then they said sorry and they add free days !! (it was a used Sim card). For stay extent, they charged me 30% extra !!, I recommend to stay away from this hotel!

Excellent Central location,close to the main street beach and a friendly service, from a welcome arrival experience to breakfast in the dining room and a great traditional and typical variety of Middle Eastern food at Breakfast, yummy cheeses, Labna and Foul, yes coffee and tea.
I work in Hotel in Sydney, Australia, made my booking through the Travel agent, and was not expecting the stars, but upon arrival was greeted by an older gentleman at the door, assisted me with the luggage, greeted me very friendly and politely during all my stay, then Ibrahim at Receptionchecked me in and gave me keys to my room very professional.
I have made no plans for any tours during my stay, but I asked Ibrahim and he directed me to Mr Joseph Abdayem, Genera Manager of Zone Taxi, and he sat with me and discussed several private tours, excluding Entry to attractions and meals, i found his offers were extra ordinary and his tours were great with personal explanation of the sites and fully understanding of my needs.
Finally great Hotel with exceptional service from each and every staff member, thank you also for recommending Joseph to me and all his services and tours, please feel free to contact myself if you like more information.

The hotel is located steps from Raouche and is on a side street that lets you escape (most) of the street noise. An older building, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I can only describe this hotel as average - form the service, to the breakfast, to the experience. I was awakened by one of the staff at 6.30 AM during my first day - in person and via telephone - because the room was not properly checked in in the system, which was unpleasant. Good value for money, but next time I will spend a bit more to be more comfortable.

We booked through an agency last year for our honeymoon ,they gave us a room with 2 single beds when we asked them to change the bed or the room all what they did was joining Those 2 together which was extremely uncomfortable ! Workers are rude and uncooperative.
The location , breakfast ,and view were just fine ... I would rate as 3 stars ,defiantly not 5 !
I wouldn't recommend it .
