Was there to celebrate my friend's birthday on 31st July, no doubt rooms are spacious. But the behavior of staffs will make not to visit it again. Recommended for get together / birthday parties. Rooms are spacious but not clean.And carry your bathroom amenities along.

I am writing this to you with extreme concerns..I checked in your apartment at koregoan park on 19th sept..I was given flat no 205. Issue in that was that the AC was not working, anyhow i had to live without it for 2 days . After repeated complaints I was informed that i will have change the room. Which without any choice i had too.I was shifted to Flat No 408. Issue in this was wifi is nt working . After complaining to ram several times nothing happened. 2nd issue the cleanliness in the room is untidy and lastly when i tried to sleep.. Their were bats in the room. After informing the caretaker..he advised me to sleep as nothing can be done. I made several calls to him,but he dint come when directed by franciska he came and saw the bats flying in the room.. He with the help of the helper took the bats out.
My stay has been really disappointing..

The rooms were clean but not very good but if your staying alone it's OK. But there was a construction work going on nearby since there was no sound proofing and intact no proper windows also there was noise constantly and because of which I could not have a good night sleep. Otherwise there was good privacy and was accessible to malls and nearby hotels so a would rate it 2.5/5.

The place was reasonably clean.. definitely not spic and span.. it was an apartment.. a decent place to stay with friends .. quite roomy with a couch and a double mattress in the living room.. a microwave and fridge..
the furniture was a little old and smelly.. the bed creaked with slightest movement.. and i dared not keep anything in the cupboards because of the smell..
there were AC in both bedrooms.. one was better functioning than the other.. but i am not complaining..
they served breakfast in the morning which was homely food... no options and there was also tea.. so it was definitely better than nothing.
All in all, i think it was a little expensive for the service we got.. but definitely not so bad that i wouldn't recommend it.. you can stay there if you dont care much about service or luxury.. it would be better than any motel.. it is situated in a safe gated residential society.. so you dont have to worry much about safety.

the location was awesome.. there was a late night restaurant open till 3 am in walking distance..the market and the multiplex was also in walking distance.. pretty much in the center of everything you will need.

Bella Vista is likely the most horrible service provider in the Koregaon Park area of Pune. They have many apartments in the vicinity. I found them through their office on North Main Road - which seemed to indicate credibility. They showed me photos of the apartment that I could avail from them. Since I was planning on staying for longer duration, I insisted on a quick inspection of some of those in person. They showed me the properties with a little bit of reluctance. But on the face of it, everything seemed okay. Since I did not have many choices, I proceeded with renting an apartment through them.
This is when the nightmare began. Right after check-in, I had many issues with things such as leaky faucets, non-operational switches, extremely loud AC, non-functional cable TV, flaky internet connection, doors that would not lock, etc. After many reminders, they sent a maintenance guy who came, talked, saw everything, fiddled a little and left. But the end result was that nothing improved.
This company also gives out apartments for wedding guests - who tend to be extremely loud and unruly - with way too many people in each apartment. Some of the guests at their other apartments were downright shady, making me wonder the nature of business the apartment company was running.
Enough said, I had an extremely horrible experience and it was so not worth the money that I paid to Bella Vista. There are other temporary housing options in the Koregaon Park, Kalyani Nagar area - you just need to look for them. So spend some time now in finding someone other than Bella Vista to avoid a lot of grief later.
