We were 4 older ladies staying for 3 nights mainly to attend a hospital reunion on the Northern Beaches. The location was excellent for us with buses and shops just a short walk away. The outlook across to the beach from our private courtyard with an outdoor setting was very nice. We were pleasantly surprised (after reading some reviews) that our 3 bedroom apartment was clean, spacious, with a reasonably well equipped kitchen and very nice bathrooms. The apartment was fairly quiet and very comfortable. Checking in was a little difficult though as the door bell or phone was not answered (staff was on a break) and I was finally let into the building by another guest who returned from the beach and directed me to the basement car park where the reception was located. I waited until the receptionist returned and she was able to check us in earlier than expected. A hairdryer and iron would have been nice but was not provided even though it was listed on the room description. When we asked for these at reception we were told that they couldn't supply them. Parking was limited in the premises (at a cost of an extra $15 per night) and as we didn't include this with our booking we had to park in the street a block away and make many trips to and from the car carrying our gear in. Fortunately, before we checked out we were able to get a parking spot adjacent to our apartment so we didn't have far to carry our gear out. We recommend to future guests to book a parking spot in the basement car park of the building. It would be worth the hassle!

Had an amazing time at Bellagio , stunning apartment, amazing views and great location. Mammoth roof top balcony was just amazing. Facilities were great. Rooms were lovely and clean. Overall had a 5 star stay.
Specially mention to Sally , she was on reception when I showed up. After already giving me a curtesy call just before I arrived. Sally was amazing , so helpful a pure delight. Thank you Sally you were just awesome. Really helpful , understanding nice work.
So if you are looking for a awesome place this is it. I'll definitely return multiple times.

Always a favourite. Located by the beach and walking distance to the shops. The units are a little dated but very spacious. Didn't cook so can't comment on the kitchen facilities but everything worked well. Staff are always friendly. Would love to see Foxtel included in all units.

The Showers, Cooking extractor and worktop side panels were very grubby. Carpet badly stained. Fridge stayed on all the time but not chilled. Pleasant staff and helpful. Right on the beach and good restaurants near by, WiFi password and log in was long and changed every night which is a pain. Good secure parking. Quite and we slept well.

Recently stayed here for a couple of days. Apartment was phenomenal! Staff were friendly and accommodating. Exceptional location and facilities. Highly recommended. I have read the other reviews and am confused by the comments based on our experience. All I can say is if this is the case then they must have upped their game 👍❤️
