Nice place to stay

Great rooms at a great price and close to everything. 2 minute walk to beach and only a short stroll to restaurants. Nice pool to relax after a day out and views of the ocean from most rooms. Secure off street parking is also a must.

Basic accommodation but with everything you need

Stayed for 5 nights. Centrally located, walking distance to restaurants, shops and beach. The apartment has everything you need including a full kitchen, washing machine and aircon. There is a pool on the premises. Slightly dated furniture but good value for money. Owners are friendly and helpful. The only downside was a few too many dead bugs in our apartment.

Stayed for four nights in a two bedroom apartment. Bellardoo is just a short walk from fantastic restaurants and shops. Also a walk to supermarket which is very convenient.It is right across the road from a glorious beach that you can walk on for miles that is well used by locals and tourists whether they be walking running swimming or just sitting...a great spot for families. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable with a practical kitchen full size fridge laundry facilities and a dryer. There was air con in both bedrooms and also in the living area which was a bonus.Balcony had a pleasant view of the sea and esplanade. There was a tv with some foxtel channels and a dvd player (though bring your own dvds). The beds were a little hard but pillows were good. There was some road noise but also the noise of the sea which was lovely (we were in a unit in the front). A bit of a negative was the step into the combined shower and bath tub...this would not be suitable for the older person and would require supervision with children however it was fine for us.The managers were very pleasant and helpful and obviously work hard to keep things clean and tidy and make your stay as pleasant as possible. There was also a lockup garage which was tight to get into but provided good security for your car. Overall a really pleasant place to stay and great value for money..just not fancy!

Stayed in Feb 2017 for 5 nights with 2 children (3 & 4.5).
The good...
Great air conditioning
Lots of fans to move the air
Own washing machine and drier
Fully equipped kitchen was wonderful to cook in.
Stunning view and although it was on the main road having the rooms at the back meant I never heard a sound
Tiled floor kept it cool. Garaging for our car
A quick walk into the city centre
Really comfortable beds which is very hard to find
Not so good...
The shower is quite a step up from the floor and my youngest slipped getting out. Luckily I was there to catch him but it could of ended badly if I hadn't caught him
May be outside of accommodations control but I only had 5 channels which was a bit annoying.
The pool was very deep. Could only stand on the very edges
Overall I would stay in a heartbeat but would be very cautious with the shower.

GOOD LOCATION, CLEAN UNIT

There is no lift, thats ok,because we had a front unit, it was clean and ok size, and price. We were there 3 years ago and since then the prices have sky rocketed. The price they are asking now, you would need a lift, they are an older unit that have been painted and tired up thats all. We would not pay the price that they are askng.A small pool, not a lot of area to sit around the pool, we wouldn't pay what they are asking.
