Super ,All may visit Bella Vista there no need to describing about them .Bella Vista team will arrange everything so we can enjoy trip fully .We can visit every place in Munnar by centralising our Bella Vista Resort.Fully secure .

Looks good from outside and washrooms are clean but room is not very well maintained. Also, the WIFI connection is very slow. I shared the feedback with hotel staff but they were not interested in feedback.
The food was very good.

I had a booking of one double bed room with extra bed for two days in the month of August 2017.The room they alloted to me was just of the size of 9feet *9feet where extra bed was not at all possible .when i refused to accept this room they alloted another room in another block which was probably the private area of owner.Bed sheets & bed cover was dirty.There was smell in the room.Even cable tv worked for one day only.The Manager was asked to recharge the tata sky for the 2nd day but he did not & later on i got it done from my own pocket

Booked double room for 2 days. No intercom. Informed management multiple times. No arrangement. For everything, had to call from cell phone. Unnecessary roaming charges.
Hot water not available even after 7 AM. Finally got it after calling them 4 times.

Actually this is my second time in Munnar and we enjoyed a lot in Bella vista the rooms were good and there was some renovation work going on when we stayed it is an perfect place for all kind of people who loves nature and peace .
