Hazardous to your fingers!! Awful experience!
libertymolon 27/10/2017 17:14If this is the last place on earth and you MUST stay here, Be aware and be very very careful when opening the windows! Some of them are faulty and slam down and can crush your fingers and hand like they did mine or thumb tip like another individual who doesn't want to report it for personal reasons. These incidents happened in different rooms by different windows and management definitely knows about it and has not fixed the situation. I just hope it hasn't happened or doesn't to any children!! (Or anyone) It still hurts to shake hands!! and it isn't right because it could have been avoided. It is negligent and a shame.
And the bathroom showers have black mold.
The staff however are nice and friendly but do yourself a favor and Find somewhere else because it is not the end of the world yet!
Filthy
Lauren Con 21/09/2017 02:55I have never seen such a filthy place. I walked in my room and almost cried. The AC had dirt caked in the vents. The bathroom was filthy. The stairway had mounds of dirt in between each post. I didn't even want to put my bags down in fear of bugs. I asked for a refund 10 minutes after I checked in and they would not. Either way I left as fast as I could. I would rather sleep in a tent in the woods.
Big Mistake
Rozmova5on 27/08/2017 21:46We made a reservation rather late, so I expected a higher cost for our accommodation, but I also expected courtesy from the front desk and comfortable rooms. We got neither. The woman at the front desk was grouchy, to say the least. The bed was lumpy. The overall feeling was old (though clean) and uncomfortable. The breakfast was a joke. To top it all, we also got a parking ticket in the middle of the night. Never again.
Unsanitary
TL Con 22/08/2017 23:29We stayed here and cut our trip short due to the conditions. There was feces caked to the outside of the bottom of the toilet and mold all over. The room structure was falling apart. Very dirty and unsanitary. That was considered a family room. Obviously there are many complaints, but it seems it doesn't matter because it is still run in horrific conditions.Not sure how this passes L&I or health board regulations.
Disgusting
ccastello1on 26/07/2017 11:54I stayed here on Sunday night and was extremely displeased. I was charged $133.00 for an unsanitary, dirty room. We went to bed shortly after entering the room and were so exhausted that we did not notice the dirty brown stains on the sheets that appeared to not have been washed until the next morning. There was another persons hair on the bed and it was covered in brown stains. Not to mention, the bed was as hard as sleeping on a wood table. The hotel is in a good location but that is it's only perk. I would not stay here again
