Nice and very clean 3 star hotel, the room in very good condition. Short distance to Poniente beach, not far away from Old town and Mel Pas beach. Good food although not big choice of hot meals. Very helpful staff in the restaurant, I felt like at home. You cannot buy a glass of wine only a bottle but they have a brilliant idea that you can drink your wine as long as you wish, they will keep your bottle with your room number in their fridge. That's fantastic for a solo traveler. Nice staff at reception. Very good hotel, I recommend it.

We have just returned from a week's stay at the Benilux Park; it was excellent. We have been to Benidorm for the fiesta on several occasions, always staying at the Poniente end of town. This is, however, the first time we have been to this particular hotel and it definitely won't be the last. The location is excellent as are the hotel staff, rooms and food, particularly for a 3 star hotel. We e mailed the hotel in advance with a room request which they kindly granted and despite arriving at the hotel before noon, our room was ready. Guests were Spanish in the main with some French and just a handful of English which was perfect for us. We were on a full board basis which included wine and/or water with the meal at both lunch and dinner. Drink prices in the hotel bar were very reasonable (I think it was 2.50 euros for a large beer and the same for brandy). We had a free day before the fiesta started so went to Altea on the bus. Catch the no 10 from the Avda Mediterraneo; buses run every 15 minutes and it takes about 25 to 30 minutes. We walked up to the main square in Altea, had a beer, admired the stunning views and then walked back along the promenade to Albir where we caught the bus back to Benidorm.

Stayed for a 3 night short break and found it a very nice hotel, perfect location near the old town and just a 5 minute walk to the beach.
The hotel was spotlessly clean with friendly staff, we stayed full board and we had a great choice of food for all 3 meals.
Will definitely return sometime in the future.

Second visit to this hotel and it won't be the last. Spotless hotel , the staff at the hotel are all very friendly and helpful nothing too much trouble. The food was at an high standard with always something for everyone. The location of the hotel is ideal just a 10 minute walk to the old town. Just wish the room had tea and coffee facilities.

This is the 2nd time i've visited this hotel and I can not stop raving about it the staff are excellent the rooms have all been updated since my last visit and the food is top quality this hotel is a little gem i've still got 5 days left yet lol
