I stayed at this hotel for 10 days and during my stay all the staffs are very helpful, especially the front desk staff Mr Daniel. I had some emergency and had to go to hospital and mr daniel offered the hotel complimentary ride since its already 1am, a very helpful gesture.
However there is one staff who was very rude to my fiancee, kinda forget his name, perhaps its mr porungai.

We were family of 4 and room given was so small that after placing extra bed there was no space to walk. Staff at front desk, restaurant and housekeeping were all very rude. We are visiting India but have never had this kind of experience in our so far 3 weeks of trip. I would never recommend anyone to stay here.

The rooms were clean, service was good, breakfast was very average, the menu card in the room had round the clock items but nothing were available late night. Front office staffs were not at all friendly, too much of security checking! Bar was good!

Used to stay in this hotel on my trips. On my recent trip, the service provided has dropped significantly. The front desk chap instead of checking me out is more interested in reading my feedback form. Even when we booked in the same chap attended to us and failed to brief us on wifi, breakfast etc. Very unprofessional chap. Wifi is a total waste. Few network provided and had to try one by one to log in, Even then the connectivity is extremely poor. For airport transfer, we book Ola cab which was 1/3 cheaper than the one provided by the hotel. Breakfast same old stuff every time and every year. Only pros is the location but paying a bit more Residency & Arcott Metropolitan would be a better choice for us in future. Before I sign off, no more weighing scale & scissors are provided to help estimate the weight of the luggage. Surely tourist would be disappointed.

This hotel is very conveniently located in T Nagar. Rooms are spacious and tastefully furnished. Staff is quite courteous. The buffet breakfast spread was adequate. In general had a very comfortable stay and would recommend to others.
