I have just recently returned from a fantastic week at this hotel. I was on a skiing holiday along with my wife, our friends and their 2 kids who are 9 and 7 years old.
From the moment we arrived the service was flawless, check-in was smooth and easy the hotel porter even parked our people carrier.
Every single member of staff was so helpful through out our stay.
I forget the lady on the fronts desk name but I had called her a few times to ask questions before our arrival and she was so helpful right up until the moment we left.
Thomas and Alexandra were also very helpful in the evenings at the bar area etc.
The spa area with the swimming pool, steam room etc is also modern and a real luxury.
Breakfast is plentiful with a great selection.
We left early on the Sunday morning and the staff even provided us with a nice packed lunch to see us through our journey back to Innsbruck airport.
Location is excellent for access to ski lifts and surrounded by all the local restaurants.
All in all I can't wait to return!!

Perfect location for skiing, 4 stayed for a week in March.
Great facilities with spa very welcome after skiing!.Breakfast and evening meal varied enough to keep 4 adults well fed for the week.
rooms all different we were happy with both of our, one with a balcony and great views (recommended).
Very well looked after by the dining staff.

agree with most here. great location but dont go there if you can not stand noise. from other feedbacks it seems that there are renovated rooms too - ours were small, 70s charme but clean. Staff was always friendly even though they had to work really hard. Only negative- we were not too exited by the dinner. and there was always a bit of a smell .... Even though - was good value for money (given the alternatives) and a pleasant stay.

Spent a week in March 2017 at this hotel. Enjoyed the charm of the building, food central location in Saalbach and the nice service from dedicated personnel. Further plus for the nice wellness centre including indoor pool, sauna and possiblity to get massage after 5-6 hour skiing day. My room was a little bit small and dark (and also too warm) which is the reason why I didnt give the highest grade. But room was booked via travel agency and I am sure that if you contact them in advance you can specify your requirements of room. All in all - enjoyed the stay and thinking of returning to the hotel this summer to experience Saalbach area at this season as well

Great location in the centre of town and close to the lifts. We had a small room but very clean and confortable. The staff were great- helpful and friendly and the food was consistently excellent. The spa was nice and the complimentary massage was a lovely surprise. Would definitely return.
