As title states this is not a proper hotel as it doesn't have a lounge or even a proper bar. In a recent skiing trip we experienced poor food but like other people who have reviewed the Bergheim we thought the staff and owner offered us superb service. The hotel looks after families very well.
If you are skiing at Zurs for the day why not ski back down to Lech where the run finishes right at the hotel. This run is not pisted and it is graded as a red but it is fairly easy red

Just had a great week. Very well looked after by Martin and his equally friendly staff. We were half board and enjoyed the breakfasts and 4 course evening meals. Room clean and tidy with good shower. 5 mins easy walk to town. Would like to visit again.

Second time we stayed there, and our stay was again perfect! Martin and his friendly staff go out of their way to make it your perfect holiday. Very hard to find anything wrong with this great lovely-family run hotel. There is even a playroom , where every evening we and the kids had our daily Bergheim tabletennis-pool- remicube olympics!

Stayed with Martin and his wonderful staff last week and had a great time. Could not find fault in this small family run hotel.
Food was excellent location is good even if you have a short walk to the lifts. The most important thing was that the team that run this establishment could not be more helpful and will cater for their guests with a smile that is genuine and most welcoming.
Martin took time out of his busy schedule to ski with us one day which was a tremendous gesture and enabled us to navigate the mountains with ease for the rest of the week if this does not demonstrate the friendship of an owner towards his customers what does. Having stayed in some high class 5 star plus hotels but few compare with the Bergheim for service and personal attention to guest needs.

Setting, food, location and facilities all perfect. The rooms have sitting areas and tvs , the beds are comfy and although not luxurious the bathrooms have everything you need.
Family owned and run and they cannot do enough for you.
A real gem.
Never travelled with crystal ski before but would definitley use them again.
