Best value for money. Don't even think twice!

Seamless check-in and check-out procedure. As for the stay itself, don't know where to start from but the apartment was absolutely magnificent! Luxurious and modern with everything you could possible need already available there. Beds were comfy and temperature control was great. Shared some photos of the apartment along with the view and the outdoor seating + hot tub.
It's not a hotel so you need to have everything with you; bed sheets, linen, towels, etc and you would pay for cleaning as an extra cost unless you want to clean yourself. We rented the sheets and paid for the cleaning; yet it was a great deal for what we were staying at for 2 nights.
Expected to find a hotel, but ended up in a motel

We did not find what we expected. This was not a hotel room, rather a apartment, located 5 minutes walk away from the hotel. No bed sheets or towels, this was at extra cost. Breakfast was not included. Room was like a small apartment, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, sitting area and dining table. Big terraces, as our room was on the ground floor.
Awesome should be the word

We took it for a night stay during our road trip. Accommodation was for 6 people. The room/apartment was very spacious with 3 separate rooms and two washrooms. Hall opened up to a balcony which offers a great view. Ours was In ground floor and the open area was just awesome.
Poor choice for any style of skiing

Thin doors and walls, shabby rooms for the price, and 4 or 5 false fire alarms in a week. Good Wi-Fi and with one exception the staff were friendly. Matpakke (lunch) cost NOK110 (for me) for 4 slices of bread and a tea bag (GBP11.23, EUR13.15, USD13.78). Even for Norway this is robbery. Traditionally in Norwegian mountain accommodation a matpakke is included in breakfast at no additional cost. The owners of Bergo Hotel and Apartments also own the Radisson Hotel and appear to own many other hytter and accommodations in Beitostølen as well as at least a share in the downhill facilities, so the impression is of a near-monopoly. Unless you need the downhill facilities there are countless less crowded and more atmospheric places for a holiday in Norway, and you could definitely get a better experience and better value than Beitostølen. (This is not just another mindlessly negative internet review. I have skied (touring, langrenn and downhill) as an adult in a variety of places in Norway, staying at the full range of accommodation, on 8 separate visits, so I know what I’m talking about.)
Great family hotel

We stayed in one of the family rooms which are located to the side of the main hotel.
Our room had two bedrooms (a double and a bunk bed room) a separate seating area and a small, but well equipped kitchen. The shower room was small but ok.
Overall quite plainly furnished, but still comfortable. There is fast free wifi and a TV with Netflix in the room (bring your own creds). We hooked our laptop up to the TV to watch films.
Our package covered breakfast ( good selection), a packed lunch and dinner. One the quieter nights it was a fixed dinner, but as we're vegetarian, they provided some special dishes for us which was very kind. On the busier nights it was a buffet dinner, broadly the same each night but still very good.
The staff are very attentive and really nothing is too much trouble.
As most people who have been to Norway will tell you, it's an expensive place, particularly for alcohol and even the Spar over the road was pricey. Bring your own booze from duty free for apres ski.
Nice place overall and we'd certainly recommend it.
