View from the resort was beautiful... Rooms were clean and specious.. Food was good.. Quick service was provided by the staff.. Enjoyed our stay at berry hills resort.. Overall it was a good experience..

I booked trhough MMT,
The resort is located at the top of Hills, which takes you further up on a hill station. Overall layout of this resort is very good. Breakfast is decent enough to start your day for sightseeing.

We booked this resort through Make my trip. The approach road towards the resort is horrible. One Bollero is there to drop near Tea Factory and after that you have to book your own cab. Every time they charged RS 300/- to go main city. We deposit the room key at reception for housekeeping but they don't change the towel. Set Top box was not there. You can't see the TV also. Geyser is not properly worked. Hot water will come for 5/10 mins. Electric kettle is not available. I asked them for electric kettle, they said only one kettle is available with them so they can't provide. Cost of food was high.Overall worst experience at Ooty. Plz don't book this resort if u want to enjoy your holidays. Even they are not eligible for one star.

Excellent place to stay ... good service ... very cooperative staff .... good food ... last 500 meters towards this resort is poor but u can park ur car in their tea factory and 24 hrs shuttle service is there from tea factory to this resort ....

Homely. Staff are well behaved. Good hospitality and amenities as much as possible. Only road to hotel needs to be improved. Views are very nice from the hotel. They have own transport facilities also.
