Had a three night stay here in May, excellent hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant food first class. Convenient between city and coast. Only 20 minutes from the airport.
Breakfast was very good wide choice of food.

Great value for tourists as well as business people. The hotel is tastefully modern and impeccably clean. The room is modern comfortable and offers all the amenities. Bathroom is clean, modern and a pleasure to use. The hotel offers a restaurant and breakfast in nice facilities and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Location is fairly central on Avenida Boavista, close to everything in Porto.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!! BAD ETHOS AND BAD SERVICE!!!!!
I booked on Booking.com in error a non refundable booking which was for over 900 euros! I emailed to cancel within 60 SECONDS to say it was an error and please please refund me! ( hoping that the hotel would see it as a genuine mistake seen as though I booked at 23.41 and requested to cancel at 23.42)The hotel reservation team showed no remorse or empathy and said no to a refund.This is alot of money when I made this booking in ERROR!! I understand that "non refundable" means non refundable but when I clearly booked it in error within 60 seconds there has to be some sort of sympathy shown?!? I called the hotel on numerous occasions but the general manager would not take my call, and they just said no that nothing they would do. Finally spoke to someone in reservations and the commercial manager who just kept repeating themselves saying its our policy and no to a refund! This is not a booking I made weeks prior and trying to cancel last minute! I am utterly disappointed in the hotel showing no signs of empathy! Booking.com have said there is nothing they can do and it is up to the hotel!! This is ALOT of money!! The hotel can and will rebook the room but have still got my 900 euros!!! The hotel said I could change the booking but then that would mean me having to pay for flights over there which I am not planning to go to Portugal in the next few years. It is frustrating that the hotel show no empathy and can spot a mistake when i cancelled within 60 SECONDS!!! the will clearly rebook this property as it is school holidays and the peak of the summer. This is just bad customer service and bad management!!!

Located in a very busy area in Boavista, surround the supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy, doctors, clinics, cosmetic areas, food, bakery, etc etc, easy to take uber and taxis , lots of people waking around, close to the touristic areas... other hand this hotel offers to little for the prices, there is no enough machines in gym if you're active and young... there is no light inside the hotel corredores, 6/7 floor where the suites are a bit different but still not justification for the prices. Need to improve in terms of number of staff, money spend to have more equipment special when became to welcome children with parents. There is few things need to change to really transform this hotel in a 5 star and amazing space quality/price!
