Its a 3 star budget hotel. Very clean. Very reasonable priced. Staff are amazing. Rooms are small but they have family room which was perfect for our 1 night stay of 5 people. Breakfast is a good value. You can actually get some food not just coffee and a bun. 10 euro for adults, 5 for kids. You can also get a buffet dinner for 17-50. Eat as much as you want and that includes the desert and coffee. Very good location. Its not a 5 star hotel - no point comparing it with a 5 star hotel. But for a 3 star hotel its perfect.

The hotel staff are great. The rooms are basic, but very modern with lots of cubby spots for storage. There are family rooms. The breakfast is very good and there is a game room. They laundered a basket full of our clothes which was awesome. I would recommend this hotel.

Okay so it wasn't awful it had it's good points. Let's start with those to be fair.
The hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind. Their English was superb but they were patient and kind when I was trying out my French.
The buffet isn't fantastic food or anything but you get a lot for such a small price. There is a huge variety.
The bathroom and shower were great and very clean.
A tv is provided but we never turned it on so don't know how good it is.
Now for the negatives:
The ac wasn't working very well. It didn't cool the room down a lot so we struggled to sleep. Our ac was leaking and this was reported but nothing seemed to be done about it. But they did give us an extra wee fan... not that it did much but it was helpful and kind of them to provide it.
We were woken up on the last two mornings to loud continuous banging which sounded like someone doing diy in the next room.
The bed was like nothing I've experienced before. The minute someone moved slightly the other person was awoken. It was like it exaggerated movements. Other than that it was comfy. Duvet was too thick for that time of year we had to ask for sheets.
Buffet for breakfast isn't included so we didn't bother as it was 10€, a price we didn't think would be worth playing since neither of us eat a lot in the morning.
The cleanliness of the public toilet wasn't up to the bedroom standards. They were very smelly.
It's a long walk into town. Over half an hour but we enjoy a walk so that was okay for us.
All in all you get what you pay for and we didn't pay a lot.

I guess you get what you pay for. Definitely not the Best Hotel in Annecy. Was very basic and kind of clean. If your just looking for somewhere to crash your head for the night and you get it cheap enough probably fine. Just not my cup of tea

We stayed two nights. The staff were helpful and rooms were clean. We are not used to noise, but it was a very quiet location to sleep with the window open, despite it being next to a busy road.
It was a 20-25 min walk to Annecy centre from the hotel, which isn't so bad.
We have stayed in other hotels in Annecy before, but we have found them to be dirty and expensive, so this hotel was a pleasant surprise.
I expected the hotel décor to be in a bland, Ibis style, but they made an effort on the decoration with some pine around the headboards, mirror, curtains etc, and new carpet.
Ample parking.
