Loved it - best sleep in Korea!

My husband and I checked in for our last three nights in Busan after spending the first two nights at another hotel nearby.
I picked this hotel because the location is still excellent but it's not on the main road in Haeundae: it's on the street behind - so the hotel rooms are nice and quiet. I didn't enjoy being bothered by honking cars and traffic in the last place.
The room 1204 (Deluxe King) was spacious and modern in design. The bed was the most comfortable (not as hard as other beds we slept on in Korea). I really liked the dark decor that was very sophisticated.
Room 1204 is a partial ocean view room, on the top floor. however during autumn the sun comes into beach facing rooms so you'll likely keep the curtains mostly shut.
There was plenty of room to move (38sqm room in total). Good blockout curtains and powerful air con. We cooled the room down in the evening so we could sleep without it on. You could open the windows but we kept them closed at night so it was quiet.
Loved the shower - the door closes fully behind you so you don't splash water everywhere. The sink was huge.
The hotel obviously reads these reviews because when we checked in they mentioned that toothbrushes cost 1000 won. But seriously, who goes traveling without a toothbrush!? Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower gel and an amenities pack were provided free of charge.
Haeundae Mall is about 700 metres away, as is the subway. This hotel is a good distance to walk to the "island" the Westin is on and see the nice gardens and views. Also easy to walk to the fancy Marina area away from Haeundae Mall.
I recommend The Pancake Epidemic for breakfast or Cafe 37.5 - both are on the main Haeundae Street (not the Mall but the main road running parallel to the beach) but in opposite directions. Walk through the Haeundae Grand Hotel car park to the Main Street and turn right for Cafe 37.5, which is about 350 metres away and is across from the Camelia apartments and Ops Bakery, near Starbucks. For Pancake Epidemic turn left on the Main Street - it's in the same building as TGI Fridays and a Starbucks.
Thanks for a restful break Best Louis Hamilton - wish I could live in your hotel room!
Excellent hotel

I stayed at this hotel for one night while visiting Busan. It is in a great location right by the beach with many good restaurants.
The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating.
The hotel itself is very modern and has great decor. The rooms were immaculate as well as the rest of the building.
The breakfast offered was also very delicious with both korean and western options.
Overall, it is a great hotel and i would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area.
Nice hotel, close to the beach

I stayed here recently with my two adult daughters. The hotel foyer is funky and modern as are the rooms. There is plenty of space between the beds. The en-suite has separate areas for the sink, toilet and shower. However, they have tinted glass and are see through, so you would need to share with family or close friends! The mirror over the sink had very poor lighting, which was not good for doing make-up. The pillows were on the hard side as was the bed, although this was the case in other hotels we stayed in in Korea. The breakfasts finished at 10.30, but you need to be down by 10 as there is little food left after that. The dishes were all Korean except for scrambled eggs, which were cold every morning we stayed there. The Korean dishes were a bit spicy first thing in the morning and its not easy to eat soup or shrimp first thing in the morning. The breakfast aside, the hotel was fine, the location was great, literally 5 minutes walk from the beach. Taxi drivers had difficulty finding it, so if you are going by taxi, ask them to take you to the Grande Hotel, which is massive and is just in front of this hotel. Although we enjoyed our stay and the area was great, I was told it was expensive for what it was. We paid around €940 for 5 nights.
Nice boutique hotel

Very small boutique hotel, the service was great, the rooms are small but have everything you need(safe, robes, slippers, toiletries, hair dryer)
The hotel also seems to be new so all furnishings are in good condition.
The location is really convenient if you need to stay in the Haeundae area.
Pros:
7-11 right across the street
5 min to Haeundae beach and 5 min from lots of restaurants
Nice bathroom and toiletries
Staff is really nice
Check in super fast
New hotel with new furnishings
Pillow and bed super comfortable
Good selection of channels
Cons:
Most hotels in Korea offer free toothbrushes, BLH charges for it
No amenities like gym or pool, and for the price you pay (november is consider a low season and it was still around 150usd) you expect at least a gym or free breakfast
Because its a new hotel most taxi drivers dont know the hotel but just using the Grand hotel as a reference did the trick.
Overall nice stay and great accommodations, just thought the price was way too high for what it was
Convenient location, not good value for money

The location is convenient, if you want to be around Haeundae Beach. However, the area around is not so well famed. The hotel is good, but very expensive for what it offers. The room was clean and pretty much well equipped, but really small, while extra charges applied for everything (including parking, breakfast, even... the one-use toothbrush!)
