Breakfast was fantastic. Bed was comfy, room was clean. Location was great. Price was excellent. Will stay again. Just wish they had an indoor pool, but other than that it was perfect. Looking forward to coming back soon.

In the midst of moving out of house we needed a place to stay. We also moved 1,800 miles across country and stayed in other Best Westerns along the way. I personally do not think the hotel at Boise is worth the price. Our room stayed it was no -smoking but it reeked of smoke. We also stayed in the room at the very end of the building and could hear the freeway all night! We left before checking out the morning continental breakfast. The bed was comfortable, fluffy pillows, bathroom was dated but clean. Flatscreen tv was nice and relaxing.

I stayed here for three nights, and every staff member I encountered was helpful and good-natured. The selection of breakfast items was really good, a better selection than many other hotels I've stayed at. It wasn't fancy, but there were lots of choices. An overall delightful stay.

the Staff was great! It was wonderful to wake up each morning to ah good hot breakfast. it could have used some variation in hot breakfast items, yet it was delicious. the staff is friendly and attentive, especially at breakfast. The shower was great too. The bed was quite comfy. My family and I will return to Best Western again great service for the price.

Poor staff at check in-did not seem to know the process and was not very welcoming. Room was ok-beds adequate but pillows were hard. More complimentary breakfast was ok but we had to ask for things to be replenished as the pans were almost empty and food was cold.
