We chose this Albergo because of its proximity to relatives in the area. We arrived off a flight from Canada and needed to check in early to have lunch with relatives. The front desk made some calls and we had a room in minutes. The atmosphere of this hotel is one of the best I have encountered in a long time. The staff are friendly, easy going, and yet attentive. It felt like home. The Albergo is located beside a piazza that has a Friday morning market that is worth visiting.It is also right across from the castle and close to the cathedral where you can see the Castelfranco Madonna by Giorgione. Having a parking spot on site is a real plus as well.

Great rooms . Beds very comfortable. Quality linens and towels. Clean. Nice continental breakfast rooftop restaurant. Eggs , toast , meats, cheese, fruits yoghurt cereal and cakes! Best macchiato !
Also had a great dinner in the hotel at Terrazza Roma . Beautiful view of Castelfranco at night. You can see the castle all lit up.
Had the risotto tasting menu. Outstanding.
Three different risottos with app , prosecco, coffee and biscotti. All for 20 Euros !

I have used this hotel for a number of years whilst staying in Castelfranco in Italy .
The staff are always helpful and the rooms are very clean and tidy . They have a great breakfast buffet bar down stairs with a good selection of food. The hotel is right in the middle of the town and is great for access to various restaurants and bars located nearby . I will certainly use this hotel again thank you .

We had a great stay after our flight had been cancelled and the airport put us up here. We arrived at 3am and the staff were very helpful. Rooms were lovely and spacious.
The next morning, breakfast was amazing. The highlight by far was how helpful the staff were. Despite us being stranded and trying to contact our airline and not getting very far - the hotel staff were amazing.
We'd like to do a special mention for Elizabeth and Marco (receptionist staff) especially who were amazing and very eye helpful!

We booked in here only a few days before arrival after a change of plans, and were delighted with our decision. Castelfranco is an interesting place in itself, and a good centre for short rail trips out. The hotel gave us a lovely room on the second floor overlooking the old walls : quiet, comfortable, well air conditioned. Breakfast was good too.
