The TV was not easy to operate, the shower would not come on, and there was candy on the floor next to the coffee pot.

We had the opportunity to work with Melissa when setting rooms up. She was amazing and made us feel welcome. The breakfast and lounge were awesome as well. When in Altus, this is where we will stay.

The staff at this hotel never disappoint. I had trouble getting my room key to work, as there was a problem with the door lock itself. The staff took care of the problem immediately, although it was 7:00 am. They are always so kind and helpful, and the breakfast is always good too.

When you drive up you get second thoughts, but once you go into the lobby you calm a little and then the room you are fine. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, needs newer towels, but still good. The pools were closed which was a disappointment, but tolerable! Would recommend

Spent a night here for business. Surprisingly big rooms, great beds, and clean. The best part was every employee we met was outgoing and friendly and went the extra mile to be helpful. I slept better than I usually do at hotels...no noise from neighboring rooms could be heard. Small town off a small highway... no traffic noise or trains to keep you awake. Very safe even with exterior doors instead of hallways. Breakfast was hot and ready...beyond the typical fruit and pastries were waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, eggs, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. Spacious and clean breakfast area...plenty of tables and chairs. If I’m over that way again, I’ll be back!
