We stayed 2 nights, while trying to check in front desk workers had conversations that were much more important than getting us checked in, the second day we left in the morning and returned around noon, our towels were gone (clean and dirty) and only one trash was emptied without putting in a new bag. We asked the cleaning ladies for towels they said they don't have any they are getting washed, hours later we ask again, same thing. Finally a guy doing some kind of maintenance work was able to find us towels.

The place needs an upgrade. The internet service was horrible and doesn’t service all the rooms. If you get closer to the front office then you will get good internet service. They need to put other WiFi boxes in the other building to get coverage. The front desk person (Michelle) was outstanding and cares about your stay. She was helpful in making our stay pleasant but the staff can only do their best with what is available at this hotel. The owner needs to spend some money in upgrading this hotel. It’s a great location. The people who have dogs are so inconsiderate to others. These people allowed their dogs to bark most of the night. This was not good. The hotel people did their best to control the situation but it continued. There should be stricter enforcement with dogs and again the owner needs to help with this issue.
I am not sure I will stay here again unless serious changes occur. There is no workout facility either. There’s needs to be smoking containers where smoking is allowed because there were cigarette butts all over and not cleaned up. It takes away from the appearance.

This hotel needs to be upgraded badly. The internet has poor reception if you are staying in the last building. The rooms needs to be upgraded too. The prices were to high for this type of room. The rooms still needed to be cleaned. The breakfast area could be better with freshly made eggs and oatmeal.

love staying at this hotel, customer service is one of the best, front desk clerks go out of there way to make sure my stay is always pleasant, love the breakfast, but wish there was some kind of potatoes to go with the eggs, the young lady doing the breakfast is such a very caring person, and sweet, offer tray to take food back to room ask for water and she gave me water bottle not faucet water, thank you for the warm and welcoming service, ill be back
ACCESSIBILITY & LACK OF SECURITY

Hallways are OPEN ALL NIGHT LONG & doesn't have ELECTRONIC SECURITY DOORS that lock @ night ( 9 PM - 6 AM ). Access for SNACKS/ICE you have to go OUTSIDE,GO UP to the SECOND FLOOR,down a LONG HALLWAY, GET IT & return the same way to your room if you are on the FIRST FLOOR.There's NO SAFETY HANDLES in the BATHTUB/SHOWER.The REFER was in a bad location making it a TRIP HAZARD or STUB YOUR TOE on it during the night. The PHONE was ACROSS the room instead of being next to the bed.
