Not many options in Coffeyville that have a hot tub. We have stayed a couple of times and both times have been very good. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable about where to eat. Location is easy to find. Room was clean and well kept. Will be staying again, even though a new hotel opened just next door (it doesn't have a hot tub)!

There isn't that much selection in Coffeyville, Kansas. We stayed at Bricktown because friends were stayiing there, and they had a hospitality room for our reunion. It was a typical medium-priced hotel, adequate but not wonderful. Rooms could have used a little more insulation, but no major complaints. Good value for the price.

Excellent service. Go out of their way to make visit good. Friendly and helpful. Clean. Good rest. Good beds. Quiet. Easy to get to. Close to restaurants and shopping. Good breakfast and cookies at night.

Even though a brand new competitor hotel has opened right next door, this Best Western is still my go-to hotel when I'm in SE Kansas. The staff, especially Cara, who mans the front desk, really goes above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible when business requires you spend the night on the road. Every aspect of this hotel exceeds average hotel characteristics.

I arrived at B W around 8:30 PM. received pleasant stay and a tasty Breakfast with courteous staff that was knowledgeable of what area had to offer as far as fine dinning and entertainment for all ages. .
