We really enjoyed our stay. Nice room. We were in 220 which I think was an accessible room. It was spacious. Bed was comfortable, as were pillows. The shower was really nice. Loved the separate vanity and extra long counter space and sink. My one very small complaint was the smell of the complementary soap. But a great place. Will stay there again.

We had booked three nights but had a medical emergency and had to leave the next day. The staff was VERY caring and helpful in guiding us to local care. We would definitely recommend this hotel for the service, location and appearance.

This is our second time staying at this property, the staff at the front desk were very helpful and professional. The hotel is located in a good location. We've stayed at many different hotels in Pismo/Arroyo Grande and San Luis Obispo. The overall property was clean, although the rooms are slightly dated, its clean and in working order. Will be back in a few months.

Beautiful property and great staff... we were pleasantly surprised with what a great BW this is. Within walking distance to AJ Spurs for a great meal. I loved that they had coffee at all times in the lobby and I certainly took advantage of it.

Love Arroyo Grande/Pismo area. We go at least 4 times a year. We have tried several hotels and this is the best. If you are looking for a quiet, clean, pleasant, place to stay and be in a convenient location for a reasonable price. This is the place!
