Very old and thus very unclean. Find a newer hotel, you'll thank yourself later.
The location is fine, but really really old rooms (1950' eara). I am sure the owners can take some of the $150 per night and build up a fund for a refit!

They forgot the wake-up call I needed for my medical appointment. Access directions were useless. No restaurant so I had to go find something. The room was clean enough but the entry, elevator, hallways need an update. Everything just a little askew.

This hotel is not so clean, not nice. and is located by the Hyway #1. day and night always noisy. Room is not nice, carpets is dirty. I have stayed 3 nights, the second day I requested to change the bed sheets ,but room keeper rejected it. I felt bad and very strange. We are guests. we have the rights to say that as a normal requests I think.

The 2 positive thing about this hotel was the bed I was in was comfortable. My wife complained about indentations in the one side of the bed. The breakfast I thought was reasonable. We stayed in room 204 2 queen size beds. The hotel has one elevator with the front tile missing, this was the first sign of a neglected hotel. Just remembered one more positive thing, the shower was good and had plenty of hot water. I am not a complainer by nature so I will briefly say why I disliked this hotel. The floor in the room was not level. The carpet was old and stained. Wall paper was used to cover up many faults in the wall. The room was small and although they had a desk and 2 chairs in the room, the chairs were too high to fit under the table making one having to work from the side. There was not enough room between the table and the bed to put chairs under even if they were smaller. The TV at night was spotted and sore on the eyes. The traffic noise was tremendous and the trains blowing their whistle because of the street crossing the tracks were ear shattering. The location was close to were family lived family We spent 2 nights in this hotel, even though one night was too many.

Close to Hwy 1 - but surprisingly quiet. Close to IKEA. Great place to stay for a one nighter when you are traveling. Small car parking lot but ask where you can park your truck. 6:30 breakfast! for the early birds! Great!
