I can't say enough good things about the staff and how well this property continues to take good care of me each and every time I visit Dallas. 100% would recommend property to my family and friends without hesitation.

Very Clean and comfortable beds. Also very good restaurant on site. Staff are friendly and helpfull. Location is ideal for the conducting business near downtown. I recommend this hotel to everybody. Also the breakfast is much better than typical Best Western hotel by providing eggs and bacon.

The hotel has an excellent location, very close to Highland Park, and downtown. The remote did not work, when the front desk was notified, we were told to check the remote for batteries. The batteries were missing; the front desk did not send someone to bring new batteries or inspect the television. The light in the bathroom was dim, perhaps guests are not expected to read in the bathroom.

I've stayed here a few times when traveling for business. I like that the location is conveniently located to Uptown/Downtown and Addison. Rooms are big. Free breakfast is satisfactory and the breakfast hours are long. It is next to a freeway but noise isn't too bad. Two other food options are located on the same premises which is super convenient when I'm traveling for work - Snap Kitchen and a Zagat rated diner.

The location sold this facility but the trash truck at 3:10 am and the night staff ruined our stay. Traveling with my husband and two adult children we needed the convertible sofa. When making the reservation by phone I asked to have the sofa made up. I had to walk over to the office to get bedding and make it up myself. When I opened the bedding sack I had a blanket a pillow in a case and one sheet. By the time I discovered we were missing a sheet night staff argued that that was all we needed! All sheets were scratchy and of poor quality!!
