We stayed with our family at country woods in ambala. Great location. Amazing staff with lovely customer service. Our stay included buffet breakfast. We ordered room service used house keeping and Laundry services. The food was very delicious and value for money. Laundry staff did a fantastic job. Best western is very affordable and great value for money. The hotel is very clean and pool was clean as well.
I would stay again at country woods.

On the way back to Delhi, we tried this hotel for the buffet lunch.
The hotel has a nice lobby and well kept washroom. The greenery is well maintained everywhere.
Staff was good and very attentive.
The restaurant is on the first floor .
The spread was good from soup to dessert. All vegetarian.
All the items they offered were fresh and having authentic taste.
To finish it up I must tell you the price for this Buffet. 295 /- per person.
It is realy worth. I strongly recommend this restaurant for the buffet lunch.

Nice 4 star hotel on gt road while coming from ambala to delhi side on ur left side u see best western county woods hotel from best western chain as u enter the hotel ask for the restaurant which is o floor as u entered inside after few step u see a nice spread of buffet in there buffet they give soup first then main course with 3 to 4 variety of salad papad raita n then 4 to 5 main course in veg n one non veg dish which they started few time back n also hakka noodles also n choice of breads n after finishing the main course in sweet dish gulab jamun n icecream combination n ur where surprised the price of a buffet per person cost after taxes just 350 rs only n eat as much as u can but also take care of ur tummy hehe

No 24/7 laundary service , air conditioner got unserviceable, staff is not cortteous enough and rather then attending repair want room transfer in late night , even ready to offer room with unserviceable ac without informing guest , never imagined a hotel can do this.

Stayed here for 4 days and had an excellent experience. The staff is very responsive. Prompt service and active housekeeping staff add up to the comfort. Delicious food and relaxed ambience compliment the intimate setting.
