This is a terrific hotel, very clean and with fantastic staff who were very helpful. The room was large, comfortable and quiet. The internet worked very well. There is no free breakfast, but there is a small café that serves meals in the hotel, and other restaurants are close by. For us, the added bonus was that we had enough rewards points so that the room was free! Can't go wrong with Best Westerns rewards program. We visit Cranbrook often, and will definitely stay here again.

My recent stay was very pleasant. The room was very clean, quiet and attractive. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast in lobby café was very good. Would stay here again. Staff were very pleasant to deal with and very friendly.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times when in Cranbrook. There staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. The rooms are clean and in fine repair. This offers very good value for the money. Highly recommended.

Unlike most Best Westerns this hotel does not offer a complimentary breakfast, despite a winter rate over $150 (not including taxes). We were also denied the team rate, even though we travelled there to watch our daughter's university team. This courtesy has been extended at other hotels (including other Best Westerns). Overall hotel was very average and could probably find one in Cranbrook of better value.

Very nice clean hotel. Staff are very polite and accommodating. Beds are very comfortable. Rooms are roomy and have mini fridge, coffee machine, tv. Full hot breakfast available downstairs? Will stay here whenever I am in town. Highly recommended.
