Stayed here with 20+ family members for a wedding in August 2016
Although the hotel looks a little dated it is clean, functional and the staff made all the difference - each afternoon when the pool closed we would set up camp at the front seating area of the hotel for lunch - the bar staff would bring complimentary snacks with our (many) drinks we ordered from the bar - cheese, crisps, mini pizza snacks - such a nice touch!
Restaurant food was lovely - especially the steaks which were cooked to our liking.
Only negative for me was the extra firm beds but as we only stayed for 3nights it didn't really matter

Visited Italy in October 2016 on business, which was in the town of Narni Scalo. After searching for a suitable mid-price range hotel, this place was recommended. It is about 10 km northeast of Narni conveniently located right off the A1 Highway. The hotel was formerly a Best Western, but has now reverted to local ownership. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar was extensive and very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Rooms, don't know. Restaurant a cut above. Clean bathroom, great service and one of the two chefs is quite good. I have never seen their rooms. This review is based on eating at their restaurant. I can't comment further, except the restaurant has A/C not often found in Umbrian restaurants.

its a nice hotel ( its more 3, 3+ stars than 4 stars) - small but very clean rooms but old rooms ,very clean hotel . very helpful and very nice stuff . very poor breakfast and I mean very poor because I was in many hotels in Europe its not the breakfast for 4 stars hotel . overall good hotel

Most of the personnel is friendly, kind and efficient (except the lady in charge of the breakfast room the morning I have been there - I guess she would love to learn who is paying here salary in the end and that saying good morning or thank you or good bye does not come at an extra charge - but this is just a very personal note). Rooms are small but clean and in good order. The decor of the common areas is somewhat lost in the eighties but ok.
Parking is ample!
The restaurant, albeit it really does need a bit of revamping, is good and prices very reasonable for the quality of food offered. If only the decor - food would taste much better ;-)))
Overall: A bit out of town. If you do not have a car and want to stroll around town - forget it. Otherwise very ok and good. And, as for almost all hotels I have every stayed in - bring your own power strip! Helps always ;-)
Have not been to the gym and/or the pool.
