What a delightful surprise to find bacon and eggs this morning in the buffet. I found out from the staff that this is a new addition to your breakfast. PLEASE keep it. We had stayed in other hotels close to Archer Road with a full hot breakfast as well, but we so much enjoyed not being on Archer Road!!!

Location is great. It is easy to get to the mall, University, or restaurants. The staff is fine, The building and equipment are getting old and needs some attention. If I compare it to experiences at other hotels, I am not impressed.

Had checked in , the staff was pleasant, courteous and professional. The room was not cleaned thoroughly with the filters being very dirty. Hairs on the wall and floor in the shower grossed us out. Reported to front desk and they accommodate us by taking 50%off the room rate.

Stayed here one night while passing through to southern Florida. This is a beautiful, clean hotel that allows pets, which we needed. We had a good nights sleep and complimentary breakfast variety was great. They even offer made to order omelets for $3, which was very tasty. Great location for road trip traveler. Would definitely stay again!

Outside hotel appearance look nice. Room is dated need remodeling especially the bathroom. Toilet is nasty around the base. Old sheets and old towels. We asked for new set but new set is old too. The housekeeping just handed us replacement sheet set and left. We had to change it ourselves. The sheets was so old, I would not let my dog sleep in it. Shame on manager, change the sheets!!!
