We have stayed one night and had a very nice sleep where it was peace and quite area. We arrived in the afternoon and quick check in by a kind staff (Jose) who kindly gave us information about the bus and metro services around. We got on the bus (560) and later used the metro (QT8) and discovered the city of Milan and later return the hotel the same way very easily. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a supermarket nearby the hotel. We realy enjoyed staying in this nice and quite hotel, thank you.

A very poor hotel without many positives to mention - there were plenty of issues with the hotel, rated as a 4 star, it most certainly not a 4 star hotel.
The website says that there is an arrangement to use the nearby virgin active gym - this is not true - we were told at check in that this arrangement is no longer in place.
In the evening the surrounding area of the hotel is covered with prostitutes
The breakfast served has a decent spread of food and is one of the only positives about the hotel.
The a/c in my room did not work leaving the room really hot (29 degrees) and the windows were locked so not allowing any ventilation.
The amentiies provided in the bathroom is poor - no body lotion is provided. The condition of my room was poor - there was damp in the ceiling and parts of the ceiling with holes in it.
I will not be returning to this hotel again.

We normally book travel independently but die to short notice, we booked a package for this trip to Milan. Mistake. The hotel was miles out of the city - at the far end of the metro (additional payment needed) then a taxi ride to the hotel in the middle of an industrial estate - not a weekend break place - an hours trip into the city. We were told that for a payment that we could get collected but when we phoned from the station, we were told we needed to phone a taxi and given a number. We have limited Italian and in the end a kind bus driver phoned 6 companies before we got a taxi. It cost almost 20 euros. Shuttle runs from hotel at 9 each morning if there is an event at the conference centre nearby. Had really grim meal in the restaurant but breakfast was fine.

This hotel is located is very pleasant. The staff were super friendly & had excellent English. Dinner was delicious with a very nice glass of Prosecco to welcome us, with an odd cream cheese dip with no particular flavour.
Dinner was delicious, tagliatelle ragú a must try. The salad was good, although my friends sword fish looked a little sad, she said it was good.
Overall, not a bad place close to a big Decathlon & super market so I stocked up on clothes & Italian edible delights.

Very nice new modern hotel. It is advertised as 4 star but it's not on the upper side where rooms are concerned. Rooms are not vary spacious but functional with excellent bathroom. Bottle of water is not provided. The hotel is clean and great for attending the nearby fair. A bit away from Milan center. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Can recommend for sure!
