Our room looked as though it had recently been renovated so was very nice. Check in and out was easy. Breakfast was good and the hotel was quiet. What more could you ask for. This hotel is well located to nearby restaurants.

Victoria Kelly was outstanding, very accomodating & professional, great smile..hotel was very clean,and quiet and breakfast was great Many Restaurants in surrounding area so eating out is not a problem.......Thank you I will be back

The hotel's staff were amazing, service was very good, but the hotel was partially under renovation, sanding dust and paint smell was very disturbing for us, specially my wife has asthma, But the lady on the reception replace our room with a different one a bit far from the renovation area.

We checked in late, but were accommodated quickly to our room. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel area is convenient to the highways, not too far from Downtown Montreal, shopping centers/Costco, bus stations and restaurants are within walking distance, while some are a short drive away. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to those interested in staying on the outskirt of the city of Montreal. Parking is free, only about 15-20 minutes drive to downtown. Parking may be a bit of a challenge so I recommend taking Uber.

Indoor pool wasn't heated. Ice cold. Didn't get the use out of it due to the temperature.
Our room had a strong cleaner smell and we discovered a glade plugin in our room giving off a very strong smell.
