Tour greeted with a nice cold local drink while you check in great customer service air condition Lobby they walk you to your room they show you to your room our room was amazing large room with flat screen tv small fridge king size bed balcony with a street view.
One of the issues we have while staying at hotels in Mexico is there Plumbing
No such issues here pressure was good hot water was great air conditioner work perfect great location right in the heart of downtown safe to walk at night
Definitely stay there again.

Exceptional service. Many staff members speak English and will assist with any questions concerns you may have. The restaurants were amazing.... food was delicious so much so that my teenagers always wanted to eat there. Location is fantastic with shopping right there and entertainment in the gazebo in the park in front of the hotel. I lived in Colima for 3 years and always wanted to stay at this hotel. It met my expectations!! The only issue we found was that the beds are very hard/firm... however it did not keep us from having a great night sleep. Rooms were clean and staff was very professional and friendly. I do not hesitate in recommending this hotel as we not only felt safe but were treated like royalty!

I was very excited about my trip to Colima and was looking forward to staying at Hotel Ceballos. I booked a king suite and the room was beautiful - I stayed for 3 nights. Unfortunately I was expecting a safe in the room as that was part of the room's description on the hotel's website, so I ended up lugging my laptop and iPad around with me whenever I left the room. I would knock of 1/2 of a star for this, but I was okay with not having a safe as it helped me to burn a few extra calories while I was out and about.
There was always something going on in the main square across from the hotel which created a great vibe day and night. It was a pleasure to see happy people enjoying themselves and hearing laughter from all ages. Although my hometown is nothing like this, I felt at home here.
The hotel's service was excellent with a friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious. It was also great having a mini fridge in the room for leftovers and to have cold beverages on hand. The air conditioner worked well.
Do not worry if you do not speak Spanish. My Spanish is not fabulous, but the hotel was always very accommodating and had someone who spoke English just literally a bell ring away. Even the guests were friendly and helpful with translations. I think there is just something so friendly in the air there. :o)
When it was time to check out, I really did not want to leave. The people of Colima are warm and friendly and always make you feel at home. I look forward to returning and will stay at Hotel Ceballos again.

One of the reasons I stayed at this hotel was because there good reviews about their internet connection. I told the receptionist when I was at the lobby if the connection will be better in the room and she said that she was going to turn off the router and turn it back on. When I was in the room the signal was even weaker.

Personnel was very nice. The breakfast buffet was really good. The rooms were very nice. The hotel was close to everything. I thought it was a bit too expensive though. But over all it was a very good experience.
