cameron_sydneyon 02/01/2017 17:32Located in a quiet neighbourhood and a short distance from central Oran, the Best Western (or "Colombe" as it is commonly referred to by locals) has all of the standard amenities you can expect of a hotel chain this size. By far the highlight of the stay was the front desk staff who provided exceptional service at all times, both before (via prompt email response) and during my stay.

I'd like to thank the welcoming staff from the reception to the administration especially Mme Nacira, Younes, Fouad, Hadj. I recommend the reservation at this hotel to anyone who wants to pass an enjoyable and relaxing moments.

وعلى نوعية الخدمات الرفيعة والتى وان دلت تدل على الاحترافية العالية من الاستقبال الى خدمة الغرف مرورا بالمطعم الذي كان في المستوى واخص بالذكر الاخ فؤاد الذي لم يدخر جهدا في ارضاءنا.

i would like to thank Ms. Nacera for her contribution in the cleanness, readiness of the room; i would like to thank also the cleaning ladies for their hard work, the staff of the restaurant for their hospitality, last and not least the reception guys and girls.
