FionaWPerthon 04/11/2017 07:28We loved the Europa Hotel. Beautiful big rooms with big bathrooms. The staff was wonderful and it was clean and comfortable. I want to make a special mention of the food here which is just fantastic. The dinner buffet was extraordinary - some of the best food we have had in our 6 week trip! And the breakfast buffet was, Imthink, the best I have had in my life! What sets it apart is that not only was there a great range of food, but that most of it was made from scratch in the hotel! Homemade olive bread and cheese bread and quince preserve as well as the pastries etc The mountain tea that they make using herbs is amazing too. So, full marks, Europa! You made the following hotels look awful.
Beautiful hotel, staff, restaurant but not pool chairs
Lizzy P Ron 02/11/2017 12:24We stayed here overnight in mid October. The hotel is beautifully laid out. The rooms are extremely comfortable. The beds are cozy and bathrooms moderate.
We are in the garden restaurant overlooking the valley. It was spectacular. The food is fantastic, plentiful and reasonably priced. The staff are efficient on mobile ear devices and customer friendly.
The pool is clean and nicely situated in the middle of the hotel rooms. The lounge chairs, however, are cloth rather than of a synthetic plastic base. They were severely stained from lotions etc. Not pleasant to look at.
The all included breakfast was midrange. There was a lot of sweets. The eggs were cold and the hot food mediocre at best. The service made up for the food though.
We would definitely return.
Great hotel!
Joseph Kon 29/10/2017 22:44Large hotel located on top of the hill overlooking the valley and lands of Olympia. Room quite spacious and comfortable. Breakfast provided a large variety of warm and cold dishes. Nice dinner in the garden taverna, with a wonderful view. Good stay to visit the ruins and museums of Olympia. Staff very helpful and well-informed.
Great location for visiting the Olympic ruins
ErnieG22on 29/10/2017 19:44I spent one night here on a package tour. It's a five-minute bus ride to the Olympic ruins and the location is beautiful. The buffet breakfast was delicious and there was a large variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. The grounds are beautiful.
Superb Hospitality
Richard Aon 24/10/2017 18:22From the time we entered the lobby we knew that we were in for a treat. Despite arriving muddled up amongst a coach tourist group the staff spotted that we were not part of the group and fast tracked us in a very customer friendly way. Checked us in and guided us to our room. The room was clean and well appointed with great views over the pool and surrounding countryside.
We ate both nights in the Garden Taverna. The food was excellent both times and service was that of a top hotel; nothing was too much trouble! The range of choice at breakfast again was out of the top drawer.
A wonderful experience! We are doing our best to organise ourselves so that we can have a repeat visit in the not too distant future!
