The hotel is not expensive at all, but the downside is that it is not near the city centrum. You have to go by car or taxi. A positive thing is that the parking spaces are not expensive at all in Modena.
Our room was near the reception which resulted in a very noisy morning. There were already people leaving at 6am. But i think if you have a different room you really have a good hotel.

This is a very good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The chef offers food well above the normal hotel standard. Rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The hotel is not close to the centre, but an excellent place to stay if on business or breaking a journey. It is very good value.

This is by far the worst place we have ever stayed and would never recommend it. We were tired and hungry and needed a place for young kids and us to have a rest after 7 hours of travelling. We should have just driven that bit further into town. There was a howling, barking dog in the room next door. Then a very loud group which were not quiet till nearly midnight. We weren't aware that there would be animals and are now horrified that there could have been animals on the beds we had to sleep in, hoping there are no fleas. Our youngest had to sleep on a fold out bed that collapsed 3 times. How it has 4 star rating is beyond us? When we informed staff of noise, There was no change to the situation. Terrible, terrible stay. Will be a horror story for us to tell for a very long time.

Close to the autostrada this hotel is in an Industrial area, but should not put you off.
Easy to find with good parking and an excellent restaurant there is nothing not too like.🙂.
Only a one night stay this time, but good for one or many nights. Real comfortable bed giving a good sleep.
Excellent buffet breakfast with a huge selection of all that is good in a Italy.
Close enough to visit Modena with many more places to see and eat at and Maranello for Ferrari buffs.

I stayed here for 3 nights on business.
The rooms are a decent size with a large bed.
I found the mattress and pillows very comfortable and had 3 great night's sleep which for me, is imperative.
The bathroom was a good size with decent toiletries and towels. The shower pressure could have been a lot better to be honest and this is perhaps something the hotel should address. (Room 310).
I didn't mention it as other than that, I liked my room.
Breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate.
Water from the minibar was complimentary which is a nice touch.
