Hotel is clean but old. Rooms are large, but old furniture. Carpet full of stains. Bathroom old.
Many options for Breakfast, very nice staff.
Everything in the building feels old and ready for a make-over.

I was on a bike tour and the hotels were booked for me, and this one did not disappoint. I was in a single room that was pretty small, but was clean, quiet and had everything that I needed. I'm sure they have larger nicer rooms, but I have no information on that. I also booked food (half board) which was served in the hotel restaurant. The food was very good with lots of choices, even on the half board menu. Breakfast was also very good. Employees were very friendly and helpful. I'd classify it as a good 3 star tourist hotel.

Giovanni was most accommodating and helpful in the changes to my booking process. He easily sorted out enough rooms for all the family.
we were made to feel very welcome. The hotel was close to the town.
Good breakfast, clean rooms.
A couple of problems with the bathrooms- plug didn't work in one bath and the bath tap didnt work in another but these were minor problems in a very relaxing break.

We arrived late and were very tired. Our room was clean, good sized bathroom and a bath. Air conditioning works well.
Staff are helpful and polite.
Bed is firm but comfortable.
Room we had was quiet.
Breakfast is good with variety but like many other Italian hotels, need scrambled eggs 101 lessons and some bacon.
Complementary water in the refrigerator and WiFi works well even though is not secured.
Lift are small but very efficient. Door close and you are launched and doors are open again. T is for Lobby...
Would stay again.

I like the Palladio, it's one of the more comfortable budget hotels in Bassano. The room was very hot and as I dislike airconditioning I opened the window and it was perfect. There was a bottle of water in the room, the beds are comfortable and the staff are efficient and friendly. The location is ideal for walking into bassano town.
