We stayed in this hotel for 3 nites with breakfast.Rooms are very small,shower is very very small but every thing is new and clean to high standarts.Breakfast is buffet,mostly cold food but enough.Good coffee machine.Staff in general very nice and helpful,speaks good english.Hotel position is not the best if you wanna stay at the beach,its just too far away.It position is very good for traveles,close to train station,tram and bus station.
To get here from the airport before 21:00 take bus 99 for 6€ and the bus stops across the road from hotel.If you comming after 21:00 then use bus 98 but get off bus at Gambetta and walk to the hotel for about 15 minutes.

god-awful hotel. We had a problem with our room and it took them 3 days to sort. All the staff just wanted to pass the buck onto their colleague the next morning, rather than sorting anything themselves. For 2 days no attempt whatsoever was made to help/compensate us.
The rooms are tiny, and ugly.. although the shower was ok. Don't be fooled by the "balcony" which is actually a 3 inch ledge, barely big enough for one person to stand on and has a view of concrete and chimneys.
There are plenty of Ibis hotels in Nice so use those.

came here for my birthday with my wife, Was good hotel few issues with the sockets and bed sheets had few stains on it. good thing you come form outside you can get ice poles to cool you down, free popcorn tea and coffee.
Rooms where ok size along with the bathroom, shower was awesome!!!

Located near the main railway station so hand for trips out along the coast. Walkable distance to the sea front and the old town. Very helpful and friendly staff, warm welcome on arrival. Left our bags with the reception as we had arrived early in the morning. Coffee is available free of charge in the hotel reception area. Breakfast was not great and the dining area was cluttered and involved dancing around other guests in order to collect the various elements of food from the various stations around the dining room/reception/lobby/ area. Apart from that its great value, clean hotel

Stayed three nights. Clean rooms. Loved the interior. The location is great if you want to travel by train to other cities (Cannes, Antibes, Monaco etc because it’s right by the stations. More remote if you want to explore Nice city. Some noice from my the main road but otherwise a good hotel.
