Cannot recommend this hotel enough. It's location is amazing. The price was very reasonable. We were lucky enough to spend two nights in a top floor sea view room. The view is outstanding, and you would expect to pay a lot more for it.
The staff were helpful and polite throughout.
We are already looking to book again for next year. The Hotel Syrene is a gem! Thank you to all of the staff.

Staying here for 4 nights for a girly trip away. Hotel location is perfect, right in the shopping area, but quite and relaxing. Pool area is great for sunbathing although the pool is a little refreshing. We had sea view rooms and it was breathtaking every morning. Hotel decor is very authentic and tasteful. The service has been amazing - I left my favourite and treasured leather Jacket in a cafe in Naples before boarding the hydrofoil to Capri. On arrival at the hotel I mentioned it to the reception staff and they contacted the cafe on the main land. Surprisingly the cafe had my jacket and the hotel arranged for a member of staff to collect it and bring it to the hotel. This service was fantastic - thank you so much!!

In the centre of Capri. Great location. Everything is nearby. All the brands shops are located in the same road. It has great views of the sea and the mountain. I have the deluxe sea view room with beautiful views and 2 balconies.

The Hotel was pleasant, well situated and beautiful. The detail of the rooms was lovely although we did not have water views it was still nice and quiet. It is central to the designer shops and city square which made walking around so easy. We were here for 5 days and have no complaint, the staff were great at facilitating tours and boat activities. The breakfast is average and the clientele is older (the pool does aqua aerobics for the older folk in an evening) so as young travellers it wasn't a buzzing hotel. However, this was the general vibe across the city in early september so is to be expected. I would happily return to this hotel.

The location is good and the place is very pretty. Breakfast was okay, the pool was very pretty. The staff was helpful in arranging travel plans. All in all, I probably wouldn't stay there again but it was fine and considering we booked so late, it was pretty good. Our friends stayed at a different hotel and upon arrival they were given funicular tickets. Our hotel didn't provide that and it would have been a nice touch.
