best western may want to change their mind about requiring amin of 200 chars per review as many peeps may opt out of leaveing any reveiw at all , but maybe that is a reason they don't want a rant to go on for 200 chars....

Not your standard Best Western

The hotel advertised a hot tub/spa when there is none. Shower surround had a major break that had been "fixed" by caulk. The motel owner needs to spend some money to bring the facility up to standard. Staff were professional and caring. Other than that, the room and breakfast was okay.

Wonderful staff & clean, quiet, comfortable location. This is how a good reasonable hotel should be! Enjoyed my 4 day stay here! Nice breakfast, indoor pool, & exercise facility. The people were especially friendly!

I’ll come again.

Best Western always have quality stays.. I like their hotels. I’m a truck driver and I have stayed at most of their locations and all of them are nice and clean. I like that they have breakfast, the staff was very friendly and helpful.. we can go walking to the store across the street.. is located near everything.

Not enough non-smoking rooms

Arrived at 7:00pm. we had reserved 4 non-smoking rooms. Best western did not keep track so when we go there only had 3 non smoking rooms. they wanted us to take a smoking room. when I asked about a discount they offered a 10% discount. I told them forget it. Kept the 3 nonsmoking rooms and got a 4th non smoking room cheaper across the street. Very poor service on their part. No more Best Western
