We were there for 4 nights. Booked a 2 room apartment for 4 adults. They provided us with one double bed and a sofa cum bed which was quite uncomfortable and would just not stand still. Upon our several requests the management used cushions under the bed to make it stable, that too the next morning. Had one bathroom where the toilet flush tank was not functioning at all. Changed the room the third day and faced a different set of problems. Rooms are small and the one with sofa cum bed had a dining table and chairs with a kitchenette making it even more congested.

Great value for money.Would be 5/5 but one or two small issues.

Stayed here during a quick trip to London in October. There were 4 or us - 2 adults and 2 young children. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the top floor. Here are a few thoughts -
1. Value - £129 for a night. By comparison the same night in the local Crowne Plaza was £167, the Urban Villa down the road in Brentford £209 (great by the way, but not at that price), and most Premier/Holiday Inns around the same price (but probably a half or quarter of the floor space compared with what you have here).
So for the price here, you have a nicely furnished double bedroom, a large living space where the sofa converts to a sofa bed, a small but perfectly ok bathroom and a kitchen. We ate takeaway so did not really make the most of the kitchen but from my brief glance around there it seemed well equipped including a washing machine.

2. Location - on the busy Uxbridge road in West Ealing, don't visit here if you are hoping for a bit of peace and tranquillity. Anyway, having spent around 4 years living on Uxbridge road, around a mile from here (back in 2005), I was well aware of what I was getting. In our apartment the road noise was not overly intrusive from the bedroom as it was towards the back of the building. The noise of traffic including emergency vehicles was much more evident from the living area which looked directly down on Uxbridge road though I actually slept in this room a surprisingly did not seem to be too disturbed overnight.
We arrived by car and surprising manage to park on the small car park at the rear ( around 6 or so spaces and a bit tight for comfort) but having read other reviews I was all prepared to park on the road/public car park anyway. Anyway, it's London so public transport is great - yards from a bus stop or walk around 15 minutes to Ealing Broadway underground. West Ealing station is also around the corner - these seemed mainly Great Western National rail services.
My final thought regarding location - as a former resident of this borough, who has also lived over in East London, Ealing remains my favourite part of London - a nice little town in its own right, with decent shops, great parks, excellent transport, and it's a relatively safe place to be, even after dark.

3. So why not mark this place 5/5? Here's a few of the criticisms I have - our apartment was in the roof/attic area. It just seemed a little dull and with not much light. Despite being on a busy road (and in theory, plenty to see) the windows were too high for our kids to see out of. In many hotels they are entertained for hours just looking out of the windows. Here they seemed to become bored quite quickly. One of the windows in the living area also had no curtain or blind so I thought the light might be a bit intrusive come morning, but it was quite a dull day anyway.
The wifi - maybe just me but it was one of the worst services I have ever experienced. Many sites I like browsing such as ebay or autotrader just didn't download sufficiently well to make them worthwhile. My BtMail wouldn't download, insisting my browser was out of date. Other sites came up in weird fonts on my laptop. As soon as I was home, all worked fine again.
Finally, things could have been maintained a little better. There were three lights in the living area (one standing lamp, 2 roof lights), but only one of the three lights worked. I assume dud light bulbs and just decided the one light was sufficient anyway. The tv remote did not work but was fine once we put our own batteries in. The sofa bed was also really uncomfortable, but I suppose for one night you don't worry too much. The heating was also difficult to control, or just did not get very warm, but again, for one night you just get on with it.

Overall, the niggles did not detract from what is basically a clean and well kept, spacious apartment offering a really useful amount of space for a similar price to the local Premier Inn.

Good overnight stop

We were looking for an overnight stop for a family of three having visited the Natural History museum one day and heading for Kew Gardens the next. These apartments appeared to be the solution. They are clean and have a small kitchen in addition to lounge and bedroom. The lounge has a large sofabed so this worked out well for the three of us. There is also a public pay to park car park at the back which is free between 18.00-08.00, as we arrived at 18.00 and left at 10.00 this was very cheap. The only difficulty we encountered was the travel time, whilst only less than 8 miles from the museum the journey took us more than an hour. This is a busy area and the noise from the street meant that the lounge was difficult to sleep in.

Excellent

We stayed here last year as a family the room we had was spacious with fully equipped kitchen, living room, big bedroom with balcony.

Breakfast included in our stay which made our stay much nicer. The hotel located near shops & 15 mins away from the tube station.

We enjoyed our stay and qould definitely go back again.

Absolutely Excellent!

We had a good reason to visit Ealing which, understandably, some people might not have. They'd miss out on a really nice cosmopolitan street with some superb ethnic food shops, excellent restaurants and friendly people. We were going to the Ealing Blues Festival - a festival with great music at £5 a day, what's not to like? Anyway, I digress. We stayed at these apartments And what a good location it was. First off, the apartment was huge and superbly equipped. For a little more than a hotel room you got a sitting room and kitchen, comfortable sofas and cooking facilities. It was all in an excellent state of repair as well. Everyone was charming and helpful from the reception desk to the cleaners. We got a discount on the parking as we were there for a couple of days. It was a bit cramped but it saved us money. One of the nice features was that the bedroom was not on the main street although the double glazing was amazingly effective in wiping out the noise of the traffic. What's more it even had a little terrace you could walk out onto and the bed was really comfortable. All in all, a great place to stay and Ealing is worth a visit. If you live like us in a boring monocultural town in the East of England it's really quite like an exotic holiday when you take in the shops and the restaurants! Highly recommended.
