Excellent service and very dog friendly. Quiet and clean. Good variety on the breakfast bar. King suite served our needs just perfectly. Staff was very accommodating and eager to help. Would stay again.

In town for Chris Stapleton concert. Very clean rooms, comfy bed. Just wish it wsnt so noisy in the mornings. Decent breakfast...one more waffle maker would help. Everything else was very nice. Good choice.

Non-smoking Room smelled like smoke (i have a sensitive nose). Breakfast was edible...but not very good. Bed was comfortable...pillows were not. Lightening in room was very dim. Lightening in bathroom was also dim...good for middle of night. Very bad for putting on makeup!

During my stay, I was stalked and harassed by the only person apparently working in the hotel that night. There was no one at the front desk and I needed extra towels. There were some sitting RIGHT THERE, so I looked around, saw no one, and took a few extra for the room. I was followed back into the hallway by Jose, who then asked me why I just took the towels. He continued to harass me, made me SUPER uncomfortable, asked for my room number, all over extra towels. When I wouldn’t give him my room number he replied with, “I already know what room you’re in.”
I don’t know why Best Western thinks it’s ok for their employees to HARASS their customers, and why they let them get away with this behavior. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.
After promising me a refund upon checkout, I never received it, even though I have a receipt as evidence, with the managers name on the service recovery. I’m not sure what type of business thinks it’s legal to issue a refund and then recharge without consent or notification. It has been over 2 weeks and Thomas doesn’t even have to courtesy or decency to return a phone call. He finally emailed back tonight saying he was not going to refund me, only after getting their corporate office involved.
At this point, I’ve had to file a dispute with my credit card company, and I’m filing a complaint with the BBB.

Thomas is a very good manager and the breakfast is very good lot of great food and hard boiled eggs and nice new fresh paint job in hallways and nice room service is great Thomas great job nice hotel .staff is great on there jobs clean rooms
