Even though this hotel probably has seen its better days it sure is well worth its money. It probably was a very, very good hotel some years ago and now feels a bit "old" and I would have guessed it was a 3+++ star hotel and probably not a 4 star hotel.
If you take it for what it is, it's well worth its money.
Nice location in the tourist sector not far from the sea with a nice pool and good breakfast.
Only drawback is that the breakfast coffee comes out of a machine a is really horrendous!

I recently stayed in this hotel I was a little apprehensive after reading the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was lovely breakfast (loved the omelettes and the Moroccan pancakes ) catered for all nationalities and was plentiful. The evening meal had a varied selection and the food was very nice.
The bedrooms were basic and the balcony was small but the room was cleaned every day and clean towels supplied' the beds were comfortable so no complaints the air conditioning was a bit hit and miss but was bearable this time of year.
The service manager was lovely and the waiters and waitresses were very attentive and friendly.
I booked a facial and manicure the lady was very nice and so was the facial but no atmosphere it would benefit from some nice relaxing music it was ok but to be honest I would not book again. I was shown round the gym that had everything but unfortunately I did not use the facility but the staff were very helpful. I was slightly disappointed that we could not extend our room and had to check out by midday. Our room overlooked the little Zoo and the lane leading to the beach. Nice evening walks and lovely people young lads offered help and hotel security guards gave directions. It felt quite safe but I did avoid going into the shops at night as felt a little hassled by shopkeepers. Nice restaurants and gift shops. Beach also looked nice. Only downside is the beggars young woman and children sleeping rough. But I enjoyed Agadir it's worth going on a short ride by the little train it gives you an idea of the surrounding area.
We went on an evening out but I didn't enjoy that as our organiser was suppose to pick us up and we ended up being left outside after the event 6 woman on their own three who had disabilities. It was not good we had to wait an hour for transport this was organised throughout man called Rachid and love holidays they were the same people who transported us to and from the airport, fortunately they turned up at the right time for that.

Such lovely friendly people who run this Hotel. Never a funny look, never a problem if you need something. The rooms are sizeable and the Pool area is gorgeous. We had bed and breakfast and it is really worth it. Lovely omelettes made right in front of you, juices, great coffee, continental, even warm foods you may class as lunch.
The security of the building is present and the layout of the hotel rooms made for feeling safe from the outside in the event of any modern times incident.
Do not miss the private beach area (5 mins walk down the hill then to the left once you hit the beach. Costs a couple of pound for the day) Well sheltered under wooden shades.
If I go back to Agadir then this is where I want to stay again. The Moroccan people are fantastic and I love them.
Just a word of advice. Some of the beggars on the street going down the side of the Hotel are not all in need! I witnessed from the balcony a western dressed Moroccan mother who beat her 4 or 5 year old boy to make him beg in the evening. I also witnessed a frail old lady who begged throughout the day and night however she seemed much less frail leaning against one of the doorways to a large building joking with one of the local neighbours.
This does not apply to all beggars as we witnessed some real poverty once we headed away from the beach areas.
We also spent a little time in one of the large markets however we were scare mongered into getting a minder who took us to the stalls he wanted to. The prices were stupidly high obviously a tourist trap. My advice would be to go without a minder. Beware of some of the stalls though! If you touch something you are obliged to buy them!!!
You will be approached on the sea front by drug dealers but beware half of them are police, others sell false drugs and last but not least they are extortionate in priced. Don't deal with them!
Finally I wouldn't take children to Morocco as it could still be a target for extremists but then like anywhere always be vigilant.

My room was good, clean and enough size. Location wise 2 to 3 minutes way to beach or some good restaurants.... At my time restaurant of the hotel was not impresive according to hotel. In room there was a small fridge but nothing was there not even water bottle i had to take water bottle from the restaurant to my room daily. Staff was good , inside the hotel there was many facilities like swimming pool, garden, gym,bar etc...

I stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks, in a room on the 3rd or 4th floor (don't remember it know) overlooking the little zoo. I was afraid of the goats' smell but didn't have any problems with it. A little problem were the peacocks - these beautiful birds cry very loudly during the day! :) The breakfast was OK, as for dinner, I prefer more European cuisine. I went to try the spa but can't say it was perfect for me compared to Turkish hamams. I loved the rooms, the friendly maid, the staff at the reception was quite OK too. The hotel has a very nice garden with lots of hibiscus and other flowers - perfect for holiday pics! The beach is quite close, and the hotel is ideally located - close to the beach, the zoo (free entrance, great for kids), to McDonalds and other cafes, there is a nice supermarket just across the square and several banks nearby. Would return there again!
