This hotel was staffed by lovely people, but it not look or feel clean. One lamp in the whole room, old wallpaper (slightly stained). The TV's don't accept HDMI connection - why? My kids couldn't watch the movies we brought. The heater broke on the second night when it was 20 degrees out and we didn't realize until morning when it was just blowing cold air. The toilet barely flushed unless you pushed it as hard as possible and held throughout the entire flush. The water in the shower was either ice cold or scalding hot. No thanks!

LOVED our stay at this Best Western. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was carb heavy, but very clean and cozy environment. The room was also clean and cozy. The parking attendant even went back outside in the cold weather to get our license plate number for the check-in paperwork. We appreciated the extra mile the staff went to to make sure we had a comfortable stay.

My wife and I stayed at the Best Western on the Avenue for a short two night get-away. We had never been to Buffalo, so we didn’t know what to expect. Our experience was great. From the housekeeping to the front desk, the staff was very friendly and very accommodating. Our room was spacious and very clean. The pricing was very reasonable. The location of the hotel was very close to trendy restaurants and the downtown area. Should we make a trip back to Buffalo, we will definitely stay at the Best Western on he Avenue.

experienced very poor customer service and cleaniless of hotel room overall on my most recent trip. stained sheets upon check in, called to have them changed while we were out of the room, came back and no new clean sheets or attempt at changing the bedding

Feel free to stay here. That bed was so comfortable that I almost missed breakfast, which was beyond my expectations. Add to that the wonderful staff (Kemisha comes to mind) and the heated lights in the bathroom, I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.
