Fit our needs 100%
Wanted a clean place to sleep as we cut a short trip in half.
Right on main drag in Breezewood.
Friendly front desk.
Clean room and bath.
Good heat.
Great breakfast.
Is this motel the same as one that costs 2 or 3 times as much?
Nope.
But met our needs.
Not disappointed.
Will stay here again when need arises.

We planned to visit Bedford and foliage area and called to reserve ay Super 8. The foreign woman was too hard to understand and my wife took over the call. We should have hung up when she could not get past understanding my name. She said Bedford was full but could reserve at the one in Breezewood... the confirmation had my name wrong but had the Super 8 in Breezewood right. Problem was, after a lovely day, we found ourselves driving all over the area and back-roads not finding the hotel. A truck driver clued us in that there was no Super 8 there. We panicked, of course. Took several calls to several foreigners to get someone who could understand and help.
Turns out this company owns many chains and we were reserved for a Days Inn, even though the reservation clearly said Super 8. The clerk was pleasant about it but did not seem surprised.
In the room we turned the heat up only to find none came on. We assumed they were leftover legacy controls to nothing (as often found in these old revamped rooms) and that some system would eventually take over. Nope.
Our discussion turned to calling for a new room but we decided to take the blankets off the other bed instead and wait it out as we needed to get up very early and a mid night move would be bad. It was 54 degrees outside *and* inside!
When the name said Rocks instead of Ralph it was humorous, when we spent and hour and a half looking for a hotel that wasn't there it was aggravating, but when we couldn't sleep because of the cold it was just horrible. When we were packed we went to the front door and found a sign that said 'back in 5 minutes' but nobody showed, even after going to the Sheets next door for some food and coffee. In the lot we heard others grumbling about the heat, so I guess they just locked the door rather than listen.
This experience went from circus to horror house.

The rooms were clean and the breakfast was pretty good. It's a nice 2 star hotel. Perfectly acceptable for a one night stay. We will be back if we come back through. Sheetz was a quick walk across the parking lot. Check out was a breeze.

Just a stop on the way. Regular "old school" motel. No frills. A little difficult to get in and out of as it's on a very busy intersection with no easy entrance. Breakfast choices were very limited and not very appealing.

Hotel location is very convenient to Pennsylvania Trnpk; easy in and out; Sheetz right next door. Hotel is older but room/bathroom were clean. Only basic toiletries so better have your own conditioner. Front desk was very welcoming and breakfast, once you found it, was good with eggs, waffles, bacon and standard array of muffins, cereal, and juices. Did include fridge and microwave but we didn't need/use for the single overnight stay.
