We got into town about 11:30 am and understand that check in time is usually 3 pm, but we stopped by to see if there was any room ready which we could put our things in before heading over to visit family. The day time desk clerk was talking with a housekeeper who was very pleasant however the clerk was extremely rude and did not offer to give us a call or even offer to take out luggage and hold it. She just kept saying check in time was 3 pm. I understand that a hotel guarantees check in at 3 pm, however often times there are rooms ready in advance of that and there is a way to be pleasant to guests about the check in rather than being so mean.
The night clerk was awesome when we checked in at 4:30 pm and did a great job helping us. I strongly suggest that a course be given to the young lady on the am shift about customer service.
Lots of outsiders also seem to use the laundry facility for guests. Maybe employees.

Overall we were not unhappy with the room but the key metrics I use to rate any hotel room found Quality Inn lacking.
Desk- no outlets for computer or charging electronics
Bathroom- great counter, very low sink and very low mirror
Shower- shower head too low, but water temp and pressure ok
Overall it was a decent room, nothing special

Our family of 8 stayed at this Quality Inn for two nights in two rooms. The property is beautiful with flowers and green grass in the courtyard areas. Our kids used the swimming pool and hot tub, which I saw being cleaned on our second morning of our stay. There are 4 washers and dryers that cost $2.00 for each use. We took advantage of the laundry facilities while we were there. We chose this hotel based on it being #1 in Casa Grande on Trip Advisor and we were not let down. Clearly this is a well kept and cared for property and it shows. Each morning the breakfast attendant, Caroline, greated our family with a smile and a hello. She was meticulous about cleaning and keeping the food area stocked. She is one of those employees that you hope Undercover Boss runs across on their TV show someday! :) Thanks for the great stay, we will definitely be back!

We called ahead @ 11 am to ask for early check-in. Room #101 was ready when we arrived 2 hours before normal check-in time. (THANK YOU, Charleen!). It was next to the laundry on the first floor, but not noisy except for a short time when housekeeping carts rolled out the next morning. The room was HUGE with fridge, microwave, a large desk with lamp and a very comfortable adjustable chair, an end table with lamp next to a another comfy chair facing a huge TV. Bathroom was also spacious with very thick, large towels. Best of all was the free breakfast! Fresh fruit, yogurt, moist eggs, bacon, 3 flavors of coffee cake-like breads plus the usual white bread & English muffins, cereals, juices, and a waffle-maker... amazing! Walmart and Chipotle were within walking distance. The pool was surrounded by beautiful flowering plants, although we did not use it. One of the best values for $60-some a night ever! We were sad to only be staying one night.

This was a nice place to stay. Both my husband and I thought the bed and pillows were the most comfortable we had had on our trip and we both enjoyed a very good nights sleep. The room was quiet and there was a great place to allow our dog to run across the street. We took turns going to the pool and Jacuzzi, due to our dog but we were glad we were able to go. It was refreshing. Breakfast in the morning was good and the lady who served it was a true delight.
