The staff were brilliant but the food and the choice of evening meal was poor. Also not happy with a 10% charge being added to the bill. We ate in the bar as the restaurant was not open on the Sunday - tables were left with used dishes and it was a bit of a shambles.

The staff at this hotel cannot be nicer, they are friendly, caring and go out of their way to help. Nothing was too much trouble. So welcoming. Lovely facilities, clean, great decor, atmosphere great, food fabulous, family friendly... cannot praise them enough. Definitely going back. Rooms also spacious and tastefully decorated. Thank you to all the staff.

We booked this hotel as a chance to get away and relax a bit. The facilities are good, gym is top of the range and the manager was happy to give me a tour and talk through the equipment. The spa is small but met our needs (especially as it's no children) and the jacuzzi is great.
Only down side was the food which wasn't as good. Rooms are basic but you get everything you pay for.
I have never been somewhere where all the staff were so nice - we had a couple of issues with our booking and everyone was so helpful. I could not praise the staff here enough.

Rooms are lovely and comfortable and the hotel is in the grounds of a golf club. Really peaceful. Restaurant is excellent and the choice and quality of breakfast was fabulous. There is a pool and spa facilities there. The staff are pleasant and friendly. Everywhere is immaculately clean. Not far from the park and ride into bath

Good location for visiting the main tourist attractions in Somerset but beware that the road network is very slow to transit allow extra time when planning visits average speeds about 28 mph road closures in force around time of glastonbury festival could be problematic
